I had just gotten back from my father's funeral in Texas. I missed my children because I had been gone for the last 5 days so I went to Caitlin's apartment to see them.  I arrived and immediately noticed Caitlin smoking a glass pipe with a male on her balcony (later identified as Kory Lazar). I walked up to the balcony and said "hey guys" and then they both immediately ducked and ran into the apartment as if trying not to be caught together. I felt it odd as if something dark was going on and all of my children were inside with them. I then went to the front door and knocked.  My daughter saw through her window that it was me and she ran to the door to greet me. I then saw Caitlin grab her by the arm and literally drag her to the back bedroom against her will. This further concerned me and I began to become very worried.  I started knocking loudly and yelling so Caitlin could hear me from her closed bedroom door. Minutes later the police arrived and arrested me for disorderly conduct.  I was indicted by grand jury  without having the opportunity to offer my side of the story.  Caitlin had told me in the past that Kory Lazar had always pursued after her and tried to gain a sexual relationship between the two. She told me that she rejected him because he was "fat and ugly". It appears that the whole incident of my arrest was influenced by their personal vendettas. I am not guilty of what was accused of me; I never touched a firearm in their presence, nor did I threaten anyone. I also did not try to forcibly gain entry (the police report states I was accused of kicking and throwing my body against the door).  The only reason I had firearms in my possession was because I always carried 2 firearms for protection of myself and others.  Caitlin knew this but decided to exploit that fact. I have never used a firearm in a threatening or intimidating manner in all of the 20+ years of being a firearm owner.
