She invites me over to her apartment. I'm cautious and I suspect she just wants me to enter her apartment so she can call the cops and violate me, having me arrested; so I choose to be safe and not go in. Notice @ 0:21 she says "in what universe am I going to call you over here, and then call the cops?".  Then @ 2:48 she does just that and says "in fact I'm about to call the cops and violate you right now".  This shows just how insane Caitlin can be. I was desperate to see my children, I had been living in a disgusting hotel room, and sleeping in the desert , or sleeping in a bus for several nights that month because of her. She is a violently abusive individual physically, mentally, and verbally.
